Alveos One is a chest-worn wearable that measures your breathing and heart rate as they happen. It helps you understand how your breathing changes throughout the day and how it relates to your body’s responses.
Alveos One can detect changes in your breathing patterns, including breath holds and unusually shallow or irregular breathing. When it detects these changes, it can provide timely haptic nudges to help you notice your breathing and refocus. Through the Alveos App, it can also guide short breathing routines designed to help you find calm, support recovery and maintain focus.
One of Alveos One’s defining capabilities is that it measures breathing and heart rate together. This provides the foundation for analysing how heart rate changes in relation to each breath, a physiological relationship known as respiratory heart rate variability (RespHRV), historically called respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA). Measuring both signals provides more context than heart-rate data alone and creates opportunities for more personalised breathing and recovery insights.
Alveos One is designed to support breathing awareness and healthier breathing habits. While it can detect breathing changes and events such as breath holds, it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent medical conditions. Detection can vary, and Alveos One should not be relied on to identify every breathing event or provide emergency warnings.
Alveos One does not measure blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) or provide alerts for low-oxygen events. It should not be used as a substitute for medical or emergency monitoring.
The device attaches magnetically through a layer of clothing and works with the Alveos App, which combines your breathing data with guided routines and personalised insights. Alveos One has a battery life of up to eight days, charges wirelessly on its charging dock, and is IP54-rated for sweat and light rain.
